PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fitting a zipper which can use a lock member of any kind to a film and a device for the method. SOLUTION: The device for fitting individual zippers at separated intervals crossing a web of a bag forming film has an endless belt supported between pulleys of a pair, and a zipper piece is moved to a prescribed position on the web by the endless belt. The zipper piece is cut from a zipper supply part, sent into the gap between the endless belt and the top surface of the web, and arranged at a prescribed position on the web. A vertically movable adhesion bar below the web is brought up to a position for heating the web so that the zipper is adhered to the web, and then the adhesion bar is brought down. The web is advanced, and the process is repeated. |
