PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing the deterioration of an image due to residual toner with a simple configuration without affecting the productivity. SOLUTION: In the image forming device having a process of forming a latent image on a photoreceptor, developing the latent image with toner and forming the image, the image forming device is provided with a toner concentration adjusting pattern forming part for forming a toner concentration adjusting pattern 401 for adjusting the toner concentration and a toner consumption pattern forming part for forming toner consumption patterns 402a and 402b for forcibly consuming the toner, the toner consumption patterns 402a and 402b are formed by the toner consumption pattern forming part at a timing of overlapping on the formation of the toner concentration adjusting pattern 401 by the toner concentration adjusting pattern forming part. |
