PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile stiffener which is unlikely to slide on a roof face. SOLUTION: In a stiffener 1 attached in a direction substantially orthogonal to the inclination of a roof for fixing a tile B attached to an inclined roof body, a plurality of projections 10 are provided so as to be substantially orthogonal to the inclination of the roof face A on a face which comes into contact with at least the roof face A of the stiffener.
