PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a precision structure simply in a short time by photo- fabrication. SOLUTION: An article is held by a holder 62 and embedded in a photocurable resin 42. The resin 42 in the vicinity of the article is irradiated with laser beams from a laser beam source 14 to be subjected to fine photo- fabrication by a two photon absorption photo-fabrication method. Since the article produced in advance is added with the fine photo-fabrication by the two photon absorption photo-fabrication method, only a fine structure can be fabricated by the two photon absorption photo-fabrication method, and precision photo-fabrication can be materialized in a short time.
