PURPOSE: A low energy electric drying-type car painting booth is provided, to prevent the loss of the heat, thereby saving the energy up to about 75% compared with the already-existing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The car painting booth comprises an adsorption tower(5) and a catalyst ignition device(7); an air supply pan(2); a ventilation pan(3); a filter(101) for removing the paint mist; a automatic painting temperature controller(103); a hot wind supply pan(6) for supplying the heated air of a heater(701) by the drying hot wind for and the attaching/detaching hot wind; a hot wind supply pipe(902) and a hot wind spray(9) connecting the hot wind heated at the heater into the dry air mixing chamber; a hot wind flow rate control valve(901) which is connected with a drying temperature automatic controller(102) and controls the flow rate of the hot wind; a detachable hot wind supply pipe(10) for sending some of the hot wind heated at the heater into the adsorption tower for detaching and regenerating active carbon; a timer(903) for closing and opening the valve; and a damper(503) for opening/closing the exit of the adsorption tower. |
