PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which the same image data can be outputted automatically using a recording sheet of the same color. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprising a section for feeding a recording sheet of a color specified at an operating section 5 selectively is further provided with a control means (BCU 1, colored recording sheet selection control section 10) for storing the recording sheet data of a specified color and image data in storage devices 2 and 3 and selecting a recording sheet of relevant color when the image data is outputted from the storage device 2.
