PURPOSE: A sunglass having decorative reflection hologram and manufacturing method thereof is provided to be capable of forming an over-coating layer simply and remarkably reducing a badness rate. CONSTITUTION: An embossing reflection hologram layer is formed at a lower part of a thin transparent film(101,102), and an adhesive layer is formed on a lower part of the embossing reflection hologram(103). An over-coating layer is formed on the thin transparent film(104). The adhesive layer is stably settled so as to direct a transparent plastic substrate, and a lens blank is formed by laminating a resultant structure(201,202,203). A sunglass is formed by shaping the lens blank and performing a follow-up process(301,302,303).
