摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad plate which prevents the occurrence of erosion in the boundaries between a core material and brazing filler metals and has excellent formability. SOLUTION: The clad plate 1 is obtained by cladding a brazing filler metal 4 of an Al-Si alloy to one side of a core material 2 of an Al-Mn alloy, and cladding a brazing filler metal 3 of an Al-Si alloy to the other side of the core material 2 via an intermediate layer 5. The 0.2% proof stress of the clad plate 1 is controlled to 120 to 290% to that of a stock material. The core material 2 has a composition containing, by mass, 0.05 to 0.3% Cu, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The brazing filler metal 3 has a composition containing 7 to 13% Si and <=5% Zn, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, the intermediate layer 5 has a composition containing Al with inevitable impurities, or containing <=7% Zn, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, or containing one or more kinds selected from 0.1 to 2% Fe, 0.05 to 0.3% Zr and 0.1 to 0.3% Ti, and <=7% Zn, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and its thickness is controlled to 30 to 80μm as well.
