INNER BAG FOR THROW-AWAY BODY WARMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the low-temp heat sealability of products and the workability in production by an improvement in a composition of a thermosensitive adhesive used for an inner bag for throw-away body warmer. SOLUTION: This inner bag for the throw-away body warmer is constituted by forming a thermosensitive adhesive layer on at least one surface of the front material and rear material constituting base materials of the inner bag enclosing a heating element to generate heat in the presence of air and sealing the base materials to each other by heat sealing through the thermosensitive adhesive layer. The inner bag for the throw-away body warmer in which the thermosensitive adhesive layer has the composition prepared by compounding a polyolefinic resin and a rubber-base resin at 9:1 to 4:6 (by weight) is used. Accordingly, the inner bag base material of the throw-away body warmer having the excellent low-temp heat sealability of the inner bag for the body warmer and the workability during a production process can be provided. The specifications of the products in an actual case and the balance of the characteristics suitable for production can be variously selected by adjusting the compounding ratios in the thermosensitive adhesive.
