PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve customer attractability by solving the problem that the action of the change of patterns or colors by illumination is relatively simple in a conventional fountain apparatus. SOLUTION: The fountain system is constituted so that many spouting nozzles 2 are properly arranged, a spouting control mechanism 5 corresponding to each nozzle is formed, an optical fiber 6 is mounted on each spouting nozzle to emit light to each fountain from each spouting nozzle, a color change mechanism 7 is provided in a light source side of each optical fiber and a control means 10 for controlling the spouting adjusting mechanism and the color change mechanism to form the fountain from each spouting nozzle as a picture element is provided.
