PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for thermally cooking soybean milk, by which real hand-made soybean curd having a good taste can simply be made. SOLUTION: This method for producing the soybean curd comprises putting a heating means comprising a heating agent bag and a water bag filled with quick lime and water, respectively, in a vessel main body 10 for the thermal cooking, adding a small amount of bittern to the soybean milk cooled at a prescribed temperature, stirring the mixture, charging an inner vessel 20 disposed on the upper side of the heating means with the soybean milk, closing the vessel main body 10 with a lid 30, and then breaking the bags, respectively, in the state to heat the soybean milk in the inner vessel 20, thus producing the soybean curd. |
