PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal device capable of efficiently warming a waste disposal container and upgrading an operating efficiency. SOLUTION: A first chamber 27 and a second chamber 28 of an almost closed space form are provided adjacent to each other on the circumference of a disposal container 10, and exhaust ducts 25b and 25c for an exhaust thermally deodorized by a deodorization part 26 to pass through, are arranged in the chambers 27 and 28. The open air taken in from an open air intake aperture 29 is heated using the heat of the exhaust duct 25b and the disposal container 10 is heated by venting the heated open air to the second chamber 28 with the help of a venting fan 30.
