<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user of a workout facility, particularly one without enough knowledge and experience of workouts, efficiently, effectively and safely do workouts, mainly for the kind of sport which he or she wants to do within limited workout time and easily store workout data and other data for use in a different workout facility. SOLUTION: A server computer which singly processes and stores data and a Web-enabled portable terminal or a personal computer capable of browsing the Web, which the user uses, are connected together by the Internet to provide workout menus or record workouts in a concentrated manner. Also, a detailed workout menu is presented to the user, and the user is allowed to do workouts easily and safely while viewing a screen. A detailed history of workouts can be preserved simply by registering the menu directly after the workouts or by registering the workouts done.</p> |
