SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid medicinal form preparing by extrusion and the following shaping solvent-free melt that comprise both one or and some active substances: A) from 2 to 90 wt.-% of thermoplastic water-soluble polymer; B) from 5 to 89.9 wt.-% of isomalt, and C) from 0 to 5 wt.-% of lecithin.
