PROCEDURE ESTABLISHING RESISTANCE OF SCREEN OF VACUUM FLUORESCENT DISPLAY

FIELD: measurement of electric characteristics. SUBSTANCE: procedure establishing resistance of screen of vacuum fluorescent display includes measurement of voltage drop across screen and current through it determined in process of adjustment of voltages of filament and screen with constant voltage across grid and evaluation of resistance by voltmeter-ammeter method. In process of adjustment of current of electrons emitted by cathode currents of screen and grid corresponding to equal values of coefficients of current transmission in both cases are set in sequence at low and high filament voltages by way of control over voltage of screen. Resistance of screen is found by division of difference of values of voltages of screen corresponding to same value of current transmission by value of current of screen at high voltage of screen. EFFECT: reduced labor input to process establishing resistance of screen of vacuum fluorescent display, enhanced measurement accuracy. 1 cl, 1 tbl
