FIELD: manufacture of hunting guns. SUBSTANCE: muzzle device of gun includes expansion chamber with expanding and narrowing sections and outlet funnel which diameter is one caliber number greater than diameter of gun barrel and narrows towards expansion chamber which diameter is two caliber number greater than diameter of gun barrel. Space of expanding section of expansion chamber is not less than volume of shot shell in cartridge. Proposed muzzle device ensures similar parameters of shot heap for different calibers of gun barrels with maximum possible uniformity of shot shell.
