CHUTE FOR LOADING SCRAP IRON IN CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A chute for loading scrap iron into a converter is provided to facilitate a loading work of the scrap iron by weakening an adherent force between scrap iron masses. CONSTITUTION: The chute for loading scrap iron into a converter comprises a lower chute(10) having a longitudinal rail(13) and a longitudinal guide groove(14); an upper chute(20) having a wheel(21) sliding along the rail, a guide roll rolling along the guide groove and a pin support elastically supported in a plurality of recesses continuously arranged over a certain length, the upper chute being divided into two sections(20A,20B); and a scrap iron support plate(30) received inside the upper chute.
