PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing high-purity hydrogen peroxide water from which organic compound-based impurities are removed to the utmost by purifying the hydrogen peroxide water containing organic compound-based impurities. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing purified hydrogen peroxide water comprises a step to remove the organic compound-based impurities contained in the hydrogen peroxide water by being brought into contact with a silica gel filled having at least one group selected from 4-20C alkyl groups on the surface of a silica gel carrier or a graft-modified ion exchange fiber or its fabric-like material.
