SPIKE CURRENT REDUCING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spike current reducing circuit with which the minimization of a spike current peak value is made compatible with that of spike current generation time. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with an output transistor driving circuit for making the time-to-current characteristics of a spike current almost trapezoidal by switching the control terminal of an output transistor 3b to three stages of a stage for high speed driving by means of a low impedance, a stage for low speed driving by means of a high impedance and a stage for high speed driving by means of the low impedance.
