PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heater capable of heating a body case and a reflector with the reduced rate of fan air. SOLUTION: Although a reflector 14 has been heated with a carbon lamp heater 13, heat radiated from the reflector 14 to a body case 11 is shielded with a heat shielding plate 15. The reflector 14 is cooled with cooling air passing through a first vent passage 26, and the body case 11 is cooled with cooling air passing through a second vent passage 29. The amount of air passing through the vent passages 26, 29 is reduced by a fraction by which the radiation heat from the reflector 14 is interrupted with the heat shielding plate 15.
