<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered pipe for gasoline transport based on polyamide and EVOH(ethylene-vinylalcohol copolymer) having a low gas permeability for gasoline, especially hydrocarbon, especially alcohol or ether and additives and an excellent durability for engine oil and fuel. SOLUTION: This multilayered pipe has the following five layers radially from the outside to the inside in this order, and the adjoining layers are adhered together: 1. an outside layer made of polyamide, 2. a layer made of copolyamide, 3. a layer made of EVOH, 4. a layer made of copolyamide and 5. an inner layer made of polyamide. The inner layer contains efficient amount of carbon black to make the surface resistivity 10<6>Ω/cm<2> or less. The gasoline pipe has outer diameter of 6-12 mm and wall thickness of 0.36-1.95 mm. Additionally, it has the following dimensions: thickness of the polyamide outer layer: 50-700μm, thickness of the copolyamide layer: 10-50μm, thickness of the EVOH layer: 10-200μm and thickness of the polyamide inner layer filled with conductive carbon black: 100-500μm.</p> |
