PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving module whose noise resistant characteristics are satisfactory. SOLUTION: This light receiving module is provided with a light receiving element, a circuit element for amplifying and outputting the output signal of the light receiving element, and a lead frame 71 having an element fixing part and a tongue piece part 72 arranged on the extension of the element fixing part and a lead part. The light receiving element and the circuit element are adhered with adhesive to the element fixing part. The tongue piece 72 is formed with a light introduction hole 73 of the light receiving element, and worked so as to be bent so that the light receiving element and the circuit element can be covered. |
