PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a function of determining whether or not information can be transmitted as intended by the owner and a function of specifying the kind of the transmitted information to an IC card. SOLUTION: A plurality of electronic or mechanical switches are installed on the IC card and their states are decoded to selectively operate IC chips buried in the IC card.
