PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a low allergic natural rubber latex having very low liability of causing an allergy because of essentially containing no protein, enzyme, etc., showing allergenicity. SOLUTION: In this method, a previously deproteined natural rubber latex is saponified adding a caustic alkali.
