PURPOSE: A device for raising/lowering a heater of a thermo-therapy appliance is provided to enable the heater to perform acupressure action using the same force continuously, regardless of a curvature of the human body. CONSTITUTION: A heater(10) of the thermo-therapy appliance is disposed on a substrate(11). The substrate is mounted with a moving unit(12) for moving the heater in left and right directions. The substrate is additionally provided with a cylinder having a piston(2) mounted on the heater. The piston is operated using a pneumatic force to be applied to the cylinder, thereby reciprocating the heater upward and downward.
