PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing an exhaust gas turbocharger 4 to an exhaust manifold 2 of an internal combustion engine having a manifold flange 10 installed in the exhaust manifold to which the exhaust gas turbocharger 4 having a flange surface 12 can be fixed. SOLUTION: The manifold flange 10 installed on one side face of the exhaust manifold 2 is connected to a sleeve 14 so as to guide to the side face of the exhaust manifold 2 at a position opposed thereto, and a screw 16 is guided into the sleeve to fix the exhaust gas turbocharger 4. Thus the installation and removal of the exhaust gas turbocharger can be easily performed from the outside by the exhaust manifold of the internal combustion engine.
