PURPOSE: A structure of a muffler to prevent corrosion is provided to prevent the corrosion of the muffler by discharging condensate gathered in the bottom of a case through a discharging hole. CONSTITUTION: An introduction pipe(10) is formed at one side of a case(1), and is connected to a lower side flow pipe(9). An exhaust pipe(20) is formed at the other side of the case, and is connected to an upper side flow pipe(8). The middle part of the exhaust pipe pierces a second sound absorbing space(6) and the bottom of the case vertically. A plurality of through holes(22) is formed at the periphery of the exhaust pipe in the second sound absorbing space. A condensate discharging hole(23) is formed at the periphery of the exhaust pipe abutted on the bottom of the case, and has a larger diameter than the through hole. |
