PURPOSE: A method for managing alarm information for a mobile communication terminal is provided to flexibly use a repetitive alarm function according to lifestyle of a user by controlling the repetitive time of alarms. CONSTITUTION: An alarm output controller judges whether a series of alarm set-up events are generated(S1). If generated, the alarm output controller receives the set-up of an alarm time and an alarm sound desired by a user(S2). The alarm output controller judges whether a series of alarm set-up terminating events are generated(S3). If not generated, the alarm output controller maintains a standby state(S4). If generated, the alarm output controller transmits the alarm time and the alarm sound to an alarm information storing part for storing stably(S5). The alarm output controller outputs a message asking repetitive alarm set-up(S6). The alarm output controller judges whether a series of repetitive alarm set-up events are generated(S7). The alarm output controller outputs an alarm repetitive set-up guide message, and judges whether a series of alarm repetitive set-up information corresponding to the alarm repetitive set-up guide message are input(S8-S9). If not inputted, the alarm output controller maintains a standby state(S10). The alarm output controller transmits the alarm repetitive set-up information to an alarm repetitive time storing part for storing stably(S11). The alarm output controller outputs a repetitive alarm release set-up guide message, and judges whether a series of repetitive alarm release key reference information is inputted(S12-S13). If not inputted, the alarm output controller maintains a standby state(S14). The alarm output controller transmits the repetitive alarm release key reference information to a repetitive alarm release information storing part for storing stably(S15).
