PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open or close a valve element with high accuracy by improving the strength of a valve. SOLUTION: This valve is provided with a body 12 having a cylindrical part 22 on its approximately central part, and further having a flange part 30 engaged with an opening part of a tank on its outer peripheral part, a housing 13 accommodated inside the cylindrical part 22 and made out of a metallic material, a first seal member 16 held between the cylindrical part 22 and one end face of the housing 14, and the valve element mounted inside the housing 14 and energized in the direction of press-contacting with the first seal member 16 at its one end part under the action of the elastic force of a spring member 18.
