PURPOSE: A ground advertisement object bulletin board is provided to reproduce a structure and an advertisement mode of an outdoor advertisement object bulletin board based on an advertisement feature of a living information newspaper. CONSTITUTION: An official document of a government and public office is opened at an upper bulletin board by days of the week so that the opened official document is sympathized with the government and public office and citizens. The government and public office includes a city hall, a taxation office, and a fire station. The government and public office efficiently informs the official document to the citizens keeping pace with an outdoor advertisement object bulletin board. The outdoor advertisement object board includes a base portion and a roof. A slogan is suitable to bring a feature of each city and is fixedly displayed with a symbol mark in the roof. An upper end fixing advertisement and five hanging screens are displayed under the roof.
