The lift-door (4) has at least one door-panel (6,8) movable along a support-guide (14) in the form of a linear bearing which has a stationary guide element and at least one carriage running along it and to which the door-panel is connected. A drive mechanism for the door is connected to the first door-panel which drives the second door-panel by means of a drive mimic.
