DEVICE FOR TRANSFERRING COMPONENTS OF CAR BODY WITH POSITION COMPENSATOR

PURPOSE: A transferring device of car body components with a position compensator is provided to prevent working errors by a pallet scatter when the components are moved from the pallet to other positions. CONSTITUTION: A first stopper member compensates the lengthwise position of a car body component(13) by installing in a hanger device(11). A second stopper member compensates a vertical position of the component by installing in the hanger device. A position sensor decides the right position of the component. A first cylinder member and a second cylinder member moves the component to the first stopper member and the second stopper member. Errors are prevented by automatically compensating the installed position of the component. The production cost is reduced without producing a highly precise pallet.
