PURPOSE: A panel lifting device is provided to allow a finger to precisely load and withdraw panels by restricting a thrust, which is generated due to an eccentric load caused by shapes and sizes of the panels. CONSTITUTION: A panel lifting device includes a slide chamber(21) having a hollow section therein. A slide pin(23) is slidably inserted into the slide chamber(21). A lift rod(27) is coupled to an upper end of the slide pin(23) through a coupling plate. A panel supporting plate and an anti-sagging plate are installed at an upper portion of the lift rod(27). A spring guide pin is mounted in a hollow portion of the slide pin(23). An elastic member is installed to provide an elastic force between a lower end of the slide chamber(21) and an upper end of the slide pin(23). A stopper(39) is provided to prevent the slide pin(23) from being separated from the slide chamber(21).
