PURPOSE: Pad charge structure of a pad between panels of a vehicle body is provided to insulate noise efficiently by filling the quarter panel evenly with foaming pads with changing the charge direction of the filling pad horizontally. CONSTITUTION: A quarter panel is formed near a tailgate composed of an outer tailgate panel, and an outer side panel(3) is combined with an inner side panel(4) to form the space. An outer quarter panel(5) is placed between the outer side panel and the inner side panel to divide the space between the outer side panel and the inner side panel and improve the rigidity. Diaphragm members(10) are formed in the space divided by the outer quarter panel to guide a foaming pad horizontally. Noise is prevented efficiently by filling the quarter panel with the foaming pad evenly.
