<p>A process for preparing human hepatic dendritic cells, which comprises: (a) providing a substantially intact, human liver suitable for transplantation; (b) treating the liver by storing under conditions to promote dendritic cell availability and removing any storage liquid or perfusate; (c) perfusing the treated liver so as to produce a perfusate containing dendritic cells; and (d) isolating from the perfusate a cell fraction comprising human hepatic dendritic cells.</p> |
