PURPOSE: An SCM(Supply Chain Management) system and method is provided to enable a customer to visit a store, to check a sample, and to order a production via a mobile terminal, and to collectively manage an exhibition, an order, a production, a delivery and a demand estimation of goods by using a mobile terminal, a base station computer, and an SCM computer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user checks a sample, and transmits a production order and a terminal ID via a mobile goods guidance to a base station computer terminal over a wireless network(S120). The base station computer analyzes the production order and the terminal ID at a database, offers a payment amount to the terminal, and transmits the order data and the customer data to an SCM computer(S125). A transaction processor of the SCM computer analyzes the order data and the customer data, and statistically processes them(S130). Then a production manager of the SCM computer orders a production of the goods to a computer of a producer(S135), a logistics manager of the SCM computer orders a delivery of the goods to a computer of a delivery computer(S140), and a payment processor of the SCM computer requests a computer of a bank to process a payment(S145). The SCM computer receives result data on the production, the delivery and the payment request, stores and analyzes the received result data(S150). If the user wants to see current SCM data, a customer management module displays the result data on the production, the delivery and the payment request at the mobile terminal(S160). |
