PURPOSE: A wireless purchase order system and method is provided to offer goods information to a mobile terminal of a customer, to enable the customer to place a purchase order on specific goods by using the mobile terminal, to calculate a payment amount and to process CRM(Customer Relationship Management) data. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user selects a search method at a mobile goods guidance terminal(S100). In a case of a keyword search, the user inputs a keyword, and browses goods information corresponding to the keyword at the mobile goods guidance terminal(S200). In a case of a menu search, the user selects a menu and browses goods information corresponding to the selected menu(S300). If the user wants to know a position of desired goods, geographic information of a store is offered at the terminal(S400, S500). The user selects desired goods, transmits a purchase order to a host computer via the terminal(S600). The host computer receives the purchase order data with customer data, and stores them at a database(S700). If the user wants to access the internet, the user can browse the web contents or use internet service at the mobile terminal(S800, S900). When the user leaves the store, the mobile terminal displays a total bill on the purchased goods(S1000). |
