PURPOSE: A cross member assembly for a suspension of a vehicle is provided to improve coupling strength of a cross pipe and improve flexural rigidity to the external force acting on a lower arm by changing the mounting structure and position of the cross pipe and lower arm. CONSTITUTION: A cross member assembly for a suspension of a vehicle comprises a cross member(10) and a cross pipe(40). The cross member has a cross unit(10a) installed with crossing a vehicle body and side units(10b) extended from both end portions of the cross unit to the rear side of the vehicle body. Both ends of the cross pipe are coupled through a bracket(40a) together with the mounting line of a pivot end portion of lower arms(50) coupled to each rear end portion of the side units of the cross member.
