PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a cabinet cover of a drum type washing machine is provided to improve the assembling and disassembling work of the cabinet cover with respect to the main body of the washing machine to be carried out in a short time conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A structure for fixing a cabinet cover of a drum type washing machine includes coupling holders(13) fixed at an upper part of a front bracket(12), supporting holders(14) fixed at a lower part of the front bracket, and a cabinet cover(16) formed with key grooves(17) corresponding to the coupling holders respectively, and supporting grooves(18) to correspond to the supporting holders respectively when the coupling holders are inserted into the key grooves and pushed upwardly.
