FERRITE CORE COUPLING DEVICE OF FLYBACK TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: A ferrite core coupling device of a flyback transformer is provided to couple and fix easily a ferrite core without using an additional clip for supporting and fixing an upper core and a lower core and shield electromagnetic waves generated from a gap of the ferrite core by using a fixing clip. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite core(4) is installed in a flyback transformer case(5). The ferrite core(4) is divided into an upper core(2) and a lower core(3). One side of the ferrite core(4) is inserted into the inside of a bobbin(1) which is installed in the inside of the flyback transformer case(5). The other side of the ferrite core(4) is arranged at the outside of the flyback transformer case(5). A gap(G) is formed between the upper and the lower cores(2,3). Projection portions(6) are installed at both sides of the gap(G). A fixing clip(8) is closely contacted with the gap. A couple of wing sections(7,7') are formed at both sides of the fixing clip(8). A projection fixture(10) having a projection coupling groove is installed at the wing sections(7,7').
