PURPOSE: A inner sole is provided to generally correct or relieve the malformation of foot or the fatigue of foot by allowing a user to freely adjust a height of plantar arch in a stepwise manner. CONSTITUTION: In order to allow a height of a slip sole arch(30) to be adjusted appropriately corresponding to a concavity of each plantar arch through the expansion of volume thereof, a gel injection port(22) is exposed out of a slip sole(10), preferably at the bottom side thereof, and an expandable gel bag for receiving gel injected through the port is defined in the interior space of the slip sole arch.
