PURPOSE: A door of vehicle is provided to reduce coupling rigidity of a door-outer panel and a door channel frame, reduce the weight of the door, and reduce the cost of production of the door. CONSTITUTION: A door-outer reinforcing panel(19) is coupled to the upper end portion of a door-outer panel(12) superposed with a door channel frame(13). The door-outer reinforcing panel has face joint with the door channel frame. The upper end portion of the door-outer panel is bent and the end portion is coupled with the door-outer reinforcing panel by a hemming process work. The door-outer reinforcing panel has face joint with the door channel frame by spot welding and also has face joint with the upper end portion of the door-outer panel by spot welding. The door-outer panel is coupled with the door channel frame by the door-outer reinforcing panel and therefore, the coupling rigidity of the door-outer panel and the door channel frame is increased.
