PURPOSE: A fixing roller device of an apparatus for forming an electronic photograph picture is provided to improve the durability and the safety related to continuous stress applied to a power source supplying part of a rotatively driven fixing roller. CONSTITUTION: A fixing roller device(210) of an apparatus for forming an electronic photograph picture includes a tubular inner tube(215) having both ends which are sealed, maintaining vacuous state of predetermined pressure, and containing an operational fluid(216) inside; a fixing roller(212) installed to cover the inner tube; a heating part(213) installed between the fixing roller and the inner tube for generating heat; and a power source supplying part(300) electrically connected with the heating part for transmitting current.
