PURPOSE: To provide a conductive composition which can make a highly conductive printing film, having a smooth surface and can be a material for a highly reliable connector and a conductive paste used for a variable resistor, a wiring circuit or the like. CONSTITUTION: The composition contains (a) a curable polymer and (b) conductive particles. The conductive particles of the (b) ingredient are coated with a metal at the outermost surface and these have specific gravity within ±1.5 times that of the polymer of the (a) ingredient take up at least 50 weight percent of the (b) ingredient. The conductive composition, made by kneading and dispersing conductive powder having little difference in specific gravity with a polymer together with the polymer, is superior in storage stability, has only small changes with time passage in hardening property, and conductive rubber obtained by hardening has only small changes with time passage in volume resistivity.
