PURPOSE: A method for processing the certification using a wireless communication device including a wireless certification function is provided to realize an EC(Electric Commerce) transaction and a contract through the certification via an IP(Internet Protocol) address by storing an IC card or an application program including the IP address information in the wireless communication device without the intervention of a certification authority. CONSTITUTION: The IP address of the wireless communication device received from the IP address allotting authority is stored in the wireless communication device of a client(720). If the certification of the client is requested after connecting to a web server, the IP address embedded into the wireless communication device is transmitted to the web server(730). The certification of the client is requested by transmitting the IP address to the IP address allotting authority from the web server(735). The certification of the user is confirmed by referring to the IP address received from the IP address allotting authority and the certification confirmation data is transmitted to the client(750).
