An emergency clutch (4) is coupled to a drive shaft (2) and/or a transmission of a motor (1), and is covered by a pierceable metal foil (5) provided on detection loop of an electric control circuit used for actuating the motor. The clutch is reachable to actuate the openable vehicle roof, in case of emergency, only if the foil is pierced for disconnecting the circuit. An Independent claim is included for open roof construction for vehicle.
