PURPOSE: Provided are dual denim fabric which is characterized by not being thick because outer fabric is adhered completely to inner fabric of pile fabric, being soft and comfortable, as well as being possible to cut and sew easily, to dye uniformly because of not having wrinkles, and being useful for sheets for a car and furniture, clothes and textile for interior, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The dual denim fabric is comprised of: a denim fabric(1); the pile fabric(2) having piles on a surface; and an adhering layer(3). The dual denim fabric is obtained by a process containing the steps of: raising the back of the dyed denim fabric; washing with 45-75deg.C of water, and drying; washing the dyed pile fabric with 45-75deg.C of water, and drying; setting an adhering sheet with melted one side on the back of the pile fabric, followed by adhering; melting the other side of the adhering sheet; adhering the melted side of the adhering sheet to the back of the denim fabric; compressing the adhered fabric at proper pressure to bond completely; desizing the dual denim fabric, and washing; dyeing at 55-75deg.C; and then washing and drying.
