PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for a roller rail in which a rail member having no mounting directivity can be used, a frame having the substantially same basic structure can be used for the front and rear receiving bars, and which is easy-to-attach/detach, and attains certain mounting condition. SOLUTION: This mounting device includes the rail member 5 which holds rollers 6 and a pair of fore-and-aft receiving bars 2, 3. Both ends of the rail member 5 have the same shape so as to have a stopper 7 and an insertion part 8, one of the receiving bars 2, 3 with insertion ports 20, 30 has a cutout groove 31 continuously cutting in an upper wall 3d from the insertion part 30, the stopper 7 is positioned so as to interfere with the receiving bars 2, 3 when the rail member 5 is at the mounting position, and so as not to interfere with them when the rail member 5 is in a raised attitude on the receiving bar 3 side, the rail member 5 can be inserted in the receiving bar 3 through the insertion inlet 8 via the cutout groove 31, and the insertion inlet 8 on the other side of the rail member 5 can be inserted into the insertion part 20 in the other receiving bar 2 at an approach limit.
