PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for a watch which can be manufactured easily at a low cost. SOLUTION: Respective belt fastening parts are mountable on the outer peripheral surface 4 of a casing part 1 in a basin shape on contact surfaces 9 and 9' and fixable to the casing part in the basin shape by using a connecting element projected into a notch 12 continuously formed inside the annular wall 20 of the casing part. The continuously formed notches 12 are extended from the inner chamber 2 of the casing part 1 to the contact area of the contact surfaces 9 and 9' of the belt fastening parts 5 on the outer peripheral surface 4 of the casing part 1.
