摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance manufacturing efficiency and the safety of work by minimizing a process requiring a worker by systematizing a manufacturing process and to improve the manufacturing process to well cure a urethane raw material in a proper state. SOLUTION: The raw material injection device is constituted of a plurality of roll molding molds 12 each of which comprises two freely openable and closable mold halves 26 and constituted so that a cavity 28 for molding a foamed urethane roll is provided inside the mold halves 26 and an injection hole 42 for permitting the injection of the urethane raw material in a cylindrical cavity 30 demarcated at the time of mold clamping is provided to one of the mold halves 26, a mold feed mechanism 14 having a plurality of the roll molding molds 12 arranged thereto and going around a predetermined route through which the roll molding molds are intermittently fed at a required interval and a raw material injection mechanism 16 provided at a constant position close to the going-around route of the roll molding molds 12 and capable of freely approaching and separating with respect to the roll molding molds 12 arriving at the constant position to stop and capable of being moved along the going-around route forwardly and rearwardly by a required distance.
